Rev. Michelle Hughes, Interim Pastor  contact  

Rev. Michelle Hughes offers years of experience in pastoral care, community organization, and non-profit endeavors.  Rev. Hughes has returned to the Chicago area after  serving  as Associate Conference Minister  for Churches in Transition for the Connecticut Conference of the United Church of Christ.  Certified in congregational systems and transitions, her ministry includes serving as  Interim Pastor at the First Church of Lombard in Lombard, IL, as well as , serving  as the first woman to lead,( as Interim Pastor), the historic Congregational Church of Park Manor UCC.  Her teaching endeavors include  serving  on the faculty for S.C.U.P.E. (The Seminary Consortium for Urban Pastoral Education) The Chicago Semester,  and Queen of Peace High School.  Rev. Hughes also  served the academic community of  Elmhurst College as Associate Chaplain for several years.  Rev. Michelle is a long time resident of Chicago’s Park Manor community and is the mother of two young adults, Nia and Joshua.



Linda Lulewicz, Facilities Manager     contact

Linda has been involved with office work and management for the better part of her life and left "retirement" in May, 2015, to join our Faith office staff.  She and her husband John joined Faith Church in June of 2000 and have been active members serving on many ministries and committees.  "Faith just felt like home the first time we walked in."  Linda loves the interaction with Faith members and community visitors and is grateful to work in such a warm and welcoming environment.

Heather Moore, Office Manager     contact

Heather Moore joined the staff at Faith Church in June, 2015.  A busy mom with a husband and 2 teenagers, Heather went back to school specializing in medical coding and billing, and continued to earn her Associates and Applied Science degree for Medical Office Management.  Part of that degree included intense study of the Microsoft Office Programs which have proved invaluable to Faith’s Office duties.  Heather’s abilities in the office are only matched by her warm and generous spirit, and we at Faith are grateful she found her way to our doors.

Bill Hinde, Bookkeeper     contact

Bill returned to Park Forest and active membership with Faith Church in 2016.  His extensive background in bookkeeping and accounting made him a prime candidate when Faith’s Bookkeeping position became open; Bill was brought in to Faith’s Staff as bookkeeper in January, 2018.  Along with Bill’s accounting talents, he enjoys singing with Voices of Faith Choir, and has filled a missing piece of Faith’s office structure; his unusual, “quirky” sense of humor delights the office every day.

Ronisha Dubose, Senior Choir Director     contact

Ronisha Dubose started her formal musical training as a beginning pianist at Curie High School at the age of 14.  It was her piano skills that got her into Roosevelt University on a music scholarship, but there at Roosevelt she found her love for vocal music.  Earning her B.A. in 2005, she began teaching music and is now in her 13th year of music education.  She earned her Master of Music Education from VanderCook College of Music in 2014 and currently serves as the General Music Teacher and Choir Director for Indiana School Park Forest.  Ronisha considers her calling to music ministry and music education an honor and a privilege.  She is the proud mother of three talented and sweet-hearted children:  Leon, Franklin, and Amelia.  Ronisha shares her life with Brian Nunn and stays in shape by participating in CrossFit training (CrossFit Mokena)  Pink is her favorite color and she simply cannot resist peanut-butter treats that are wrapped in dark chocolate!

Martha Banevich, Organist     contact

Martha has been involved in music since her mother began teaching her to play at the age of 5, and she has been active as an organist/accompanist since 1975.  She studied music at Bethel College in Minnesota and received her B.A. in Elementary Education from Wheaton College.  Martha was awarded an M.A. in Education from G.S.U. in 1992.  She is retired from teaching full time, but is teaching reading part-time at Illinois School in Park Forest.  Martha has been married to George since 1971, and they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Scott Means, Bell Choir Director     contact

With over 20 years of handbell experience, Scott is delighted to be the Director of the Faith United Bell Choir. He studied music education at Prairie State College and Northeastern Illinois University. As a musician and vocalist, he has been involved with numerous music and theater organizations in the Chicagoland area.
